3-and-a-half-day course SAACnd Step Freeridecamp

In this 3-and-a-half-day course your knowledge from the SAAC basic camp will be deepend and advanced. You will plan tours with your group and develop your own risk-management-strategies. You will be hiking and skiing/snowboarding near the ski-lifts as well as far off the villages. It is important that you scan the terrain, spot signs of danger und interpret them correctly. You and your group are asked to make decisions on your own. Of course, the SAAC guide will help you with his knowledge and proficiency. Each night you will be talking about your experiences in the mountains and your tours.

Costs: EUR 490,-  Special price for all Tyrolean Sparkasse customers: Transfer with George and you pay 10% less of the normal price for your SAACnd Step Camp!The minimum number of participants for the course is 4.

Package prices include: participation, costs of the mountain guides,
emergency equipment rental (shovel, probe, transceiver). 

You can test a limited number of K2 Freerideski and BCA Float-Airbags.

What to bring: your snowboarding or skiing gear, a backpack to carry shovel, probe, snacks and drinks, dry clothes, ski touring gear.

 Requirements:
*good shape: you have to be able to hike in snow for at least 2 hours *good freeriding skills either on snowboard or skis

Accomodation:
Liftpasses and accomodation have to be paid for extra.
